The Spotlight Series is structured as single session webinars on a variety of topics applicable to each level of employees within the organization. Some topics are stand alone subjects of singular interest to one organizational level of employees, while other topics, having a multiplicity of dimensions, are presented with content applicable to the specific organizational level of employees for each respective online series. The Spotlight Series, delivered over a six-to-twelve month period, is typically comprised of 6 or more online sessions for Vice Presidents and Directors, for Supervisors and Managers, and for Individual Contributors, with the selection of sessions based upon each cohort’s needs.
The Spotlight Series can accommodate a large number of online participants, depending upon the sponsoring organization’s bandwidth and audio lines. For participants’ convenience, each series is scheduled on its own consistent day of the week so that participants can plan their schedules accordingly. Our SMEs structure their 90 minute presentations to include at least three Q&A periods at natural break points in their prepared presentations. During the sessions, participants use the online platform to submit their questions, which are triaged by the moderator for the SME to respond to in real time.
